TalentCasting & development
Faces that make people stop.
Casting is the first decision on a production and the most expensive one to get wrong. We keep it in-house, across three registers.
Real talent
Performers, models and actors cast for a specific job. Booked, directed and looked after by the same people who wrote the treatment, which is why the performance on the day matches the one that was pitched.
Creators
People who already have an audience and know exactly how to hold it. The work here is collaborative rather than directive — a creator brought in and then made to perform like a hired actor loses the thing they were brought in for.
Digital characters
Personalities developed entirely in-house. They are built to be consistent across months and formats, which is a harder problem than making one convincing frame, and it is the part most of this field still gets wrong.
Fitting — motion test
Presence is not a look. It is what happens when the camera keeps rolling.
A casting decision is made on the footage nobody planned — the moment between two takes, the walk back, the thing that happens when the subject forgets to perform. That is what we shoot for and what we select on.

The roster is assembled for the project, not sold from a catalogue.
Tell us the brief, the platform and the audience, and we will come back with the people — real, digital or both — who can actually carry it.
