These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern any commercial engagement with DeepCut Entertainment GmbH; that is set out in the agreement signed for the work in question, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Use of the site

You may view and use this website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with its operation or security, access areas or data you have not been given access to, or use automated means to extract its content at a scale that burdens the service.

Intellectual property

All content on this website is protected by copyright and related rights, and belongs to DeepCut Entertainment GmbH or to the parties who licensed it to us. That includes the photography and film, the written content, the design, the typography and the source code.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit any of it without prior written consent. Nothing on this site grants a licence to any DeepCut name, mark or logo.

Content on this site

The work shown here is presented to demonstrate capability. Unless a page explicitly says otherwise, nothing on this website should be read as a claim of a commercial relationship with, endorsement by, or licence from any third party whose products, locations or property may appear incidentally in an image or film.

The same applies to the platforms named on this site. We describe YouTube, Instagram and TikTok because they are where the work we make is published, and those names remain the property of their respective owners. Referring to them is a description of what we do, not a claim of partnership, endorsement, sponsorship or certification, and no content on this site is supplied by or embedded from them.

No warranty

This website is provided as it is. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of DeepCut Entertainment GmbH, to the extent that a mandatory place of jurisdiction does not apply.
